UCC and Statutory Lien Document Filing Fees (for paper filings):

  • Financing Statements, Assignments, Amendments, Continuations, Releases and Correction Statements:

$10.00 if the document consists of one page, regardless of number of debtor indexes/addresses.

$.50 per page for attachments (if documents are two-sided, $.50 fee is assessed for each side).

  • Terminations:

No Fee

Electronic Filing Fees (through Nebraska Online subscription service – See, http://www.sos.ne.gov/business/ucc/pdf/Fee%20Schedule.pdf):

  • UCC Financing Statements, Continuations and Statutory Liens:

$8.00

  • UCC Terminations:

No fee

Federal Tax Liens and Judgment documents (Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Attorney, Department of Justice) and all State Tax Liens:

$20.00 if the document consists of one page, regardless of number of debtor indexes/addresses.

$12.00 per page for attachments (if documents are two-sided, $12.00 fee is assessed for each side).

  • Terminations of Tax Liens and Judgments:

No fee

  • Transmitting Utility documents (original & subsequent filings):

$75.00 if the document consists of one page regardless of number of debtor indexes/addresses.

$.50 per page for attachments (if documents are two-sided, $.50 fee is assessed for each side).

  • Termination of Transmitting Utility filing:

No fee

III.       EFFECTIVE FINANCING STATEMENT (EFS) FILING FEE SCHEDULE

EFS Document Filing Fees (for paper filings):

  • EFS, EFS Continuation, EFS Amendment:

$10.00 if the document consists of one page, regardless of number of debtor indexes/addresses.

  • Attachments:

$.50 per page (If document pages are two-sided, $.50 fee is assessed for each side).

Note:  It is mandatory to provide Debtor Social Security or Federal Tax ID numbers on EFS filings.

  • EFS Terminations:

No fee if the Termination consists of one page.
