The Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC) has issued frequently asked questions (FAQ) to supplement OCC bulletin 2013–29, “Third–Party Relationships: Risk Management Guidance.” The FAQs are intended to clarify the OCC's existing guidance and reflect evolving industry trends and may be viewed by going to the OCC website https://www.occ.gov and searching for OCC Bulletin 2020-10.
