A banker himself, Jeff Peetz has more than 30 years of experience working with community banks, and Kent Endacott has represented community bank clients since 1994. They have handled numerous community bank mergers and acquisition transactions, on both the buy and the sell side, and have represented state and national banks with regard to state and federal regulatory matters. Further, they have helped develop strategic plans for community banks and have worked with community banking families on estate and business succession planning matters, often teaming up with their banking clients' certified public accountants.
